Introduction!

Well hello there!

My name is Jen Williams out of good ole Texas! I am 29 and realizing my body doesn’t function like it did when I was a teenager! I’ve been dreading this day… But here it is. To be honest I have gained some weight. Went through a stressful time and dealt with it by eating. 

This is my attempt to change that. 

Now I am definitely not a nutritionist or a physical trainer, but my goal with this blog is to better my life through what I eat and a veriety of excerices! I would absolutely love it if you joined me in this journey! Part of this blog is an accountability for myself. I tend to lose focus of things but if I write them down I seem to do them more. The other part is to encourage others to do the same. 

Not many of us are totally happy with our bodies. It affects how we feel, our energy level, and even confidence at work, etc. So yall, LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! 🙂 

I hope you will join me in my journey! I will be posting meals for the week, grocery lists, and excercises! I am very paleo based which I love! There are so many good recipes out there for paleo food and there are variations you can do to make this a maintainable way of eating!
